First of all, because of all the copyright and use questions people have, 
I'd like to make it clear that all of my clipart is original. 

As well, the embroidery designs you make using my clipart CAN be sold, 
as well as projects with the finished design on it. 

You may do what you wish with these designs as long as you do not resell, give away,
 or redistribute in any way, the clipart. This means you can make projects with the designs on them and sell the projects. you may make embroidery designs with them and sell the embroidery designs. This clipart is intended for small businesses and may Not be mass produced by any large company (ex. hallmark, walmart, brother etc) without my permission

You may use my clipart for the items stated below.. and much more!

Royalty Free does not mean copyright free. Royalty free only means that you may use the clipart for your projects , sale or profit, without further payment to the artist. If you are in doubt about  what you can and can't use if for, please ask, I will be happy to answer.

Every JDS Clipart image is copyrighted and owned by Jodie Mackrell (Batdorf) of Pilger ,Sask. 

Copyright to the clipart will ALWAYS remain with myself. 
Copyright to the embroidery designs you make with the art will belong to you.
I give you permission to use my designs and sell what you make from them.
 But you are never to sell or give away the actual clipart.

I do NOT give you the copyright to my artwork, I give you a license to use it.

 

Generic Clipart  you are given a license for non-exclusive rights, (anyone may purchase this clipart)  to use the clipart for uses stated above.    Custom/Exclusive Clipart you will be given a license for exclusive rights. (it will not be sold or given to anyone else) Only ONE person has the rights to these designs.    6 Buyer Limited Edition Clipart Available to only 6 people.   Only these people will hold the rights to these designs.    Timed Editions & Weekend Specials Timed limited editions and weekend special clipart is available to those who purchase the clipart within the set time limit. Only these purchasers hold the rights to these designs.  For those selling embroidery designs using the limited editions, please try to list them as being made with limited edition clipart, 6 buyer clipart etc. Please do not list them as exclusive. My exclusive clipart is for 1 buyer only, and listing it as such can cause misunderstandings or be misleading.

 Anytime the clipart is used, a link to JDS Clipart must be provided where the designs are displayed. You MUST give credit for the artwork please.  If you do not wish to do this, you can pay a ONE TIME commercial fee of 250.00, then you will not need to provide a link or credit for the artwork. This includes malls as well.  For malls, EACH store, or customer must follow this policy. This is not a one time deal for the mall as a whole, ALL customers using my clipart must follow these rules please. If you do not wish to you must pay the commercial fee, you must give credit or  remove the designs.
